1. Free beta access
The current WheelWage Android beta is free. It has no purchase, trial, subscription, renewal, or web checkout. A future paid release, if offered, will use a separate updated app release and current terms.
2. United States beta and update deadline
This release is intended for use in the United States. Market assumptions and estimates may not be accurate elsewhere. On August 15, 2026, this beta version stops starting app features and directs you to install the current update. Saved local records remain on the device, subject to Android behavior and your deletion choices.
3. Estimates and driver decisions
WheelWage combines per-hour offer estimates with mileage recordkeeping. Earnings, distance, time, expense, tax, and deduction outputs are estimates and records, not promises, employment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. You remain responsible for every decision in a driver app and for reviewing records before relying on or exporting them.
4. Optional offer reader and mileage permissions
The optional offer reader uses Android Accessibility access only after WheelWage shows a separate prominent disclosure and you agree. It reads allow-listed driver-app offer surfaces, may use a temporary unsaved Uber screenshot for on-device OCR, and never accepts or declines an offer. Mileage tracking separately uses precise location during a user-started foreground service with an ongoing notification and Stop action.
5. Local data and exports
WheelWage does not require a username/password account. Work records are stored in Android app-private storage unless you choose an export destination. Exact route history is optional and off by default. The Privacy Policy explains data handling, SDK behavior, deletion, and your choices.
6. Beta availability and changes
Driver apps, Android, Google Play, GPS, Accessibility, OCR, and network services can change or be unavailable. Beta features may contain bugs or require updates. WheelWage cannot guarantee uninterrupted compatibility, a particular earnings result, or Google Play approval.
