1. WheelWage Pro purchases
WheelWage’s live mileage, offer-analysis, and shift features require WheelWage Pro. Google Play offers weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Weekly has no trial. Eligible new monthly or yearly subscribers may receive one 3-day free trial. Google Play shows the localized price, tax, billing period, and offer before you confirm. Lifetime has no trial and is not a subscription.
Weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions automatically renew for the selected billing period unless you cancel through Google Play before renewal. The lifetime option is a non-consumable, non-renewing Google Play purchase. “Lifetime” means a non-expiring license to the purchased WheelWage Pro product while WheelWage remains offered and technically supported; it does not promise operation for the purchaser’s natural lifetime, permanent availability of any driver app, or perpetual operation of third-party services.
Google Play handles checkout, payment methods, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. WheelWage does not offer a separate web checkout. Prices, taxes, and refund rights may vary by country and applicable law; the Google Play checkout controls when it differs from this summary.
2. Access verification and installations
WheelWage verifies paid status through Google Play, Play Integrity, and a minimal WheelWage entitlement service. Access is bound to one active app installation at a time. You may restore on a replacement installation with the purchasing Play account. Moving access from an installation that is still bound to your purchase is limited to two automatic transfers in a rolling 30-day window to deter purchase sharing. Use Release this installation before moving when possible. Releasing does not cancel a subscription, refund a lifetime order, or delete local work records.
A signed access lease can keep eligible features available offline for up to seven days. A reboot or expired lease can require an online verification, including for lifetime access. A shift authorized when it started can finish only within its bounded authorization window. WheelWage may block new work when purchase, licensing, installation, or integrity verification is unavailable or invalid.
3. United States availability
The initial paid release is intended for use in the United States. Market assumptions and estimates may not be accurate elsewhere. Availability can change based on Google Play country, device, account, policy, or testing requirements.
4. Estimates and driver decisions
WheelWage combines per-hour offer estimates with mileage recordkeeping. Earnings, distance, time, expense, tax, and deduction outputs are estimates and records, not promises, employment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. You remain responsible for every decision in a driver app and for reviewing records before relying on or exporting them.
5. Offer Reader and mileage permissions
New shift work requires current WheelWage Pro access and Offer Reader setup. After paid access and required setup are complete, and after you review and acknowledge the location disclosure, Track all driving is enabled by default. You can turn it off in Settings, and an explicit opt-out is preserved. WheelWage does not start tracking from charging, Bluetooth, activity-recognition, accessibility events, or offer calculation alone. Offer Reader uses Android Accessibility access only after WheelWage shows a separate prominent disclosure and you agree. It reads allow-listed driver-app offer surfaces, may use a temporary unsaved Uber screenshot for on-device OCR, and never accepts or declines an offer. Mileage tracking separately uses precise location during a user-started foreground service with an ongoing notification and Stop action. A standard calculated-offer popup may offer a Start mileage button, but the popup never starts tracking by itself; your tap opens WheelWage, and the visibly resumed app performs the guarded start. Declining or revoking a permission blocks affected new work but does not delete existing records.
6. Local data and exports
WheelWage does not require a username/password account. Work records are stored in Android app-private storage unless you choose an export destination. Exact route history is optional and off by default. The Privacy Policy explains data handling, SDK behavior, deletion, and your choices.
7. Availability and changes
Driver apps, Android, Google Play, GPS, Accessibility, OCR, and network services can change or be unavailable. WheelWage may require an app update for compatibility or security and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with a driver app, or a particular earnings result. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
